Your name seems well suited, SimpleSam. It lends itself to showing your gullibility.
Tom Heneghan hasn't gotten a story straight since he began reporting on his myspace page. It has always been fantasy at best, or disinfo at its worst.

The only United States district court that has an established jurisdiction as an article III court in existence today is on Hawaii, all other district courts have no power under Article III. So how can 53 courts order this when there is only one who has the authority?
Who says there is only one? How about Dr. Ed Rivera. His brief on Article III courts:

That alone proves this is an erroneous report. Not to mention others like, the mainstream links you provide do not show any corroboration to the "story" you tell.
I can pick this apart line by line, but the above examples are sufficient enough to call BS on this hokey story.

Next time, if you want folks to think you're credible, verify your facts with facts, not fictitious musings of bloggers.
