Comment: I'll take Johnson
I'll take Johnson
After listening to Hannity, Levin, Hewitt, Limbaugh, Medved rail against Ron Paul for the last year, (Levin has been especially vicious to Paul) I think Libertarians may be more despised by Conservatives than Progressives. I think it's hopeless to try to change from within the big government, Wilsonian interventionist, social fundamentalism of the Republican Party. The change needs to come from the outside by a much stronger 3rd party threat. If Gary Johnson can command 12-15% of the vote in November that forces the drug war, overseas interventions, civil liberties, and gay marriage onto the table for both parties.
