URGENT: The greatest thing any of us can do for this movement right now is to support the class action federal lawsuit currently being filed. Don't let the Rand Paul issue distract us from this great grassroots opportunity. This is our finest moment and our chance to rock this convention at its very foundation. It is time to DEMAND our voting rights back and change the course of convention history. It is still very much possible Ron Paul could be nominated, provided we get more delegates in Tampa, because the delegates WILL be unbound. They were always unbound, according to FEDERAL LAW. And the convention is subject to federal law, since it is a public event. Federal marshals can enforce the law right on the floor.

Many of us supporters listened to the incredibly thorough conference call Wednesday night. I cannot express my complete astonishment over the efficacy of this great plan. You all MUST become aware of its purpose. They are filing Monday, and a 9th Circuit judge (the BEST kind for causes of liberty) is extremely likely to rule that all delegates MUST vote their conscience according to federal law. This has nothing to do with "Rule 38" or any hypothetical situation. It is a matter of FEDERAL LAW. We have been duped for far too long and the truth is now coming out. This legal action represents the grassroots efforts at its most diligent. Take all your frustrations and hopes and channel them into this constructive joint effort. The more affidavits submitted the greater our chances of success. Anyone who has had an experience of election fraud or intimidation of ANY kind needs to sign on as a plaintiff by submitting their account. The website will explain everything. For those who missed the call, I urge you to learn about what is happening right now. Some of the greatest lawyers for our cause are working without pay to get federal law to ORDER the RNC to allow delegates to vote freely. It is illegal to bind delegates. This IS a fact. All delegates should sign on to protect themselves at the convention. It is also possible that the judge will order a reversal of some of the damage already done, time permitting. However, the judge is expected to order the delegates to be unbound, according to extremely lucid laws. The lawsuit is on a fast track to be passed. This lawsuit is the greatest news of the whole campaign period. LEARN ABOUT IT!! The attorney's name is Richard Gilbert and additional information is on his page as well. Don't spend any more time on the Rand issue! Just make sure every supporter knows about this lawsuit, which IS being filed. The delegates have a moral and legal responsibility to vote their conscience. Spread the word FAST. The claim is being filed Monday morning.
