I am looking into this further because...
I am always a skeptic when it comes to laws and how they are written. I have a friend who is an attorney who is also a Paul supporter and I will ask. But, what I read is that this actually does not apply for the nomination process for a party nominee but that it is for the candidate of President, Vice President, presidential elector, member of the Senate, or Member of the House of Representatives.. No where does it specifically mention the vote to influence the results for a nominee of a party...
Not disagreeing.. Just want to make sure it is the correct interpretation.
