Quite the opposite, Natural Law would be enforced, by individuals, by competing private defense agencies(private police), and competing private courts.

Hans Hoppe, likes to refer to it as the Private Law Society.

You would be free to do whatever you please, so long as you don't commit aggression against anyone else.

As long as you don't initiate, theft, murder, fraud, or any other violence against some one else you are within your rights, as soon as you commit aggression others are allowed to defend against your aggression.
