On Law...

"Law" implies the existence of an authority powerful enough to enforce law:

1. A rule, particularly an established or permanent rule, prescribed by the supreme power of a state to its subjects, for regulating their actions, particularly their social actions.

Law without an enforcing authority is just mere suggestion. A quaint set of morals.

What would require a person to show up in a particular private court? What if the plaintiff and the defendant choose different courts?

What about property rights? Who enforces that?

BRAINSTORM = a system of strong property rights is by its nature a federation of dictatorships (federation of GOVTS)

Can anarchy even exist within a framework of enforced strong property rights? :)
