....and PERMANENTLY damages the liberty movement in ALL parties, giving parties FREE HAND to do whatever they want WITH LEGAL PRECEDENT BEHIND THEM.

And when I say ALL parties, I mean ALL incl. Green, Const, LP, etc.

Then what, are you going to wait until a higher court overturns the ruling? You'll be gone before then.
