but truly, we'd be lying if we said that we didn't expect Rand to carry on Dr. Paul's legacy as close to his record as possible.

that said, I truly did not want to see Rand become a Warren, to Ron's Howard Buffet, the libertarian leaning O.G. PaleoConservative champion.

hope the Republic even has time to let Rand prove me wrong.

that said, as you posit, it's not about the person, but the ideas, and principles championed by Dr. Paul and others that inspired us to harness our own individual sovereignty.

still, every movement needs its champions. And we have the best one humanly, historically possible with Ron, and can't fault people to expect a son who grew up in such unique Liberty Movement household to not come out more resembling his dad, than those whom he's been fighting against; at least with Romney endorsement, on the surface, for now, that's what it seems like.
