Was that really called for? Are you not aware that the gut dysbiosis at the root of Crohn's disease can create exactly those addictions you're berating this guy's wife for having? How strong a will do you expect someone to have when they're probably badly deficient in all sorts of vitamins and minerals? What else do you expect after she's been living with diseased intestines (not to mention having dependence on the medical establishment and the lie that "diet has nothing to do with this" conditioned into her) for 32 years?
