which is a Political Committee's 1st Amendment Right

It's called The Right of Association, and they can determine the nominee using whatever delegate binding/appropriation scheme they want. There are SCOTUS precedents regarding this type of stuff (O’Brian v. Brown, Ripon Society, et al. v. The National Republican Party, et al.). A lawsuit should be made, competently, challenging election fraud, NOT the binding of delegates. There is just no way.
I will bet anyone here, any amount of counterfeit Federal Reserve Notes,
put in escrow, that this case will either:

  • be dismissed, or
  • not heard before the convention, or
  • will lose.

any takers?
