or basically he's just clarifying he hasn't instigated this, which is important for him to say at this point since I think for purposes of maintaining his candidacy, he may not be able to associate himself with the lawsuit officially - I'm ok with that. And then he went on to defend the fact that Romney supporters and campaign have been caught not following the rules hinting that this suit may not be "frivolous" as the RNC is claiming. But again, I think he did a good job of seeming to remain neutral on the subject which is where I think his best position is at this time...

After all this is a lawsuit for "We The People" and our civil voting rights, not "We The Campaign" and shouldn't be taken any other way. So I'm glad Dr. Paul indirectly helped to make that point.
