Comment: Rand blindly made a promise
Rand blindly made a promise
Rand blindly made a promise he would support the Republican nominee. He has said from his start in politics this would happen. Ron doesn't have to back up Rand's endorsement as we already know Ron's view on liberty and the right to make your own mistakes. If anything I would imagine Ron would take this back to Rand's mistake of making an absolute promise to backing (anyone). How many times have you witnessed Ron saying he avoids absolutes. Rand had himself backed into a corner. Endorse or break the promise. What would have you done in Rands shoes?
Have you been vocal since 2010 when Rand made this promise? I can almost hear Ron Paul telling Rand to be very careful dealing in absolutes and more than likely a bit disappointed when he did just that. Time will tell just how much Rand has learned.
