Comment: You can find out about just
You can find out about just
You can find out about just as many, in fact MANY more things, such as those that you listed, through the internet. By purchasing cable (as tv's themselves can be used for other purposes: second computer monitor, movies, video games, etc) you are giving your money to a bureaucratic, far too regulated, propaganda machine. Of course you may stumble upon a good thing now and then, but is it really worth giving money to the huge crony corporations that allow you to access these things in the interest of brainwashing you? I think not. You lose very little by unsubscribing from cable. You may not be able to regularly watch a few of your favorite shows, but to me, with all that the internet has to offer, it's a small sacrifice to be able to push for liberty.
