Nevada question and Colorado

Nevada is composed of a majority of Ron Paul supporters, but they are bound to Romney. Will they still be able to nominate Ron Paul? I should hope so, but this is the RNC.

Also, what about Colorado? Aren't they unbound? Plus a Ron Paul supporter is in charge and along with the Santorum supporters they outnumber Romney. From what I understood, the Santorum supporters would support Paul....certainly for nomination, no?

I don't understand why there is any question in Louisiana. This is frustrating.
