1. PURPOSE
1.1. The only business of the Conventions shall be the selection/election of Oregon delegates to the Republican National Convention and the election of officers of the Congressional Districts. No issues or other matters shall be formally considered.
1.2. The District Chair may, as the agenda allows, utilize the vote tally time in such manner as he/she may deem to be productive and in the interest of the Republican Party...."
