I'm trying to avoid arguments with tax laws.
Too complex for me.

I believe though, that I understand your argument, and that youtube document I put into the post, has some similar arguments.

But I would like to resolve and discus the step 1 of all laws - their constitutionality.
Their application, wording, combination ... that are subsequent steps.

If the root of the tree is bad, the whole tree will be too.
