In Idaho, candidates submit slates of delegates to be voted on at the state convention. Since all the delegates were bound to Romney, there was only 1 slate to choose from. 26 of the 32 delegates were chosen that way. The other 6 were chosen by a state committee. There was no real attempt by Paul supporters to win delegates, though this was talked about in the early part of May. They knew they didn't have the numbers (2/3) to get the rules changed.
