Well, forgive me if I say things you are already aware of, but
here goes....reference the year 1871 when Congress formed "another United States". If you are not aware of this, it can be found in the congressional record. I have previewed it. This is what I think goes to the heart of the birther/Judge Carter standing decision...
Without getting my facts exactly straight, the point is that in that year, given that the US was financially bankrupt from the civil war, and congress wanted financial assistance from international bankers, another government was formed to govern the District of Columbia. This new government was ALSO NAMED the United States and is under the original US constitution, the constitution FOR the UNTED STATES of America. Then Congress turned around and did an illegal and treasonous act and formed a corporation now called the THE UNITED STATES and the constitution for this entity is the constitution OF the United States, NOT FOR the United States.
So, the Orly Taitz birther lawsuit lost because of the plaintiffs not having standing to sue the United States corporation, whose CEO is Barack Obama. The Congress is the only entity who can challenge the CEO birth certificate issue according to Judge Carter. We citizens are beneficiaries who, even though we are stockholders in the corporation, congress, actng as the Board of Directors has the standing ...citizens don't.(according to the suit)
Anyway, I tried finding whether the RNC is a corporation, or just a committee or whatever, or where the national party is domiciled, and I could not find it partially because I did not spend enough time, but partially because it is somewhat hidden.
Suppose the RNC is a corporation inside the US getting federal taxpayer money to fund elections with...as they are when any taxpayer checks the box on their 1040 to give money to an election.
Is the RNC essentially now part of the government, and who has standing to sue who? Can of worms.
