Look at gettin the ball rolling on a grand jury summons in Mass. If you are to have any recourse, and injunctive relief this is what needs to be done. Mass. allows for grand juries. This is a way for a jury to hear evidence on the case and decide if there is enough evidence for a criminal indictment. Clearly there is plenty of evidence here to suggest criminal malfeasance on behalf of the RNC, and GOP responsible for this ruling. Go after the chairperson or committee directly responsible for this ruling in the State of Mass.
