I am proud to be part of a movement comprised of intelligent impassioned people. There is hope as long as this movement keeps going. Thank God for evolution, and revolution.

Federal law allows each delegate to vote according to their conscience, and not because of some rule binding them to vote for "the nominee". It would appear that all candidates will start with zero votes and the delegates will vote for the nominee in Tampa. For now, there is no the nominee.
