"If you write a book, you own

"If you write a book, you own that book..." No, I own the *words*... The paper has no value.

"If someone buys your book, they are paying you for the book, not for your labor or your creativity." So, you're saying they have no intention of reading the book... Why buy it in the first place?

"If no one wants to buy your book, then all that labor and creativity was worth nothing." Huh? If no one buys the book, it has no economic value and therefore copying and redistributing causes me no financial harm. No harm... no fowl.

"Value does not come from labor or ingenuity -- it comes from the subjective mind of the consumer." And that's not air your breathing... it's just a figment of your subjective reality.
