I'll bet the parking around the Roggen House is probably expensive there, unless it has its own space and not the metered street parking, as typical of that area.

I read that place served as gallows; rumor has it, it's haunted! lol

on a cool historical note, it supposedly served as a sanctuary for fleeing slaves.

and I believe the last owners were a paper shufflers' brokerage. how fitting then, that Celente would take it over from what he charmingly calls the 'bullets, bombs, and banks'-boys.
