I'll be honest, I'm up in the air about the lawsuit(a little against it, but waiting so see where it goes in the next few weeks), but the title is 'We "Ought to pursue" lawsuit'. Paul said that those who think they were cheated should pursue lawsuit. For this particular suit? Not so sure, but it's not really deceptive...
