This has been a long a painful process and people are bound to lose patients, get dejected and argue amongst themselves. However, it's usually very easy to see the rational side of these arguments as it's usually one one poster or person against several with level heads.

My problem with these type of thread is that they focus on the friction between us when instead, I believe, we need to focus on the basics.

I'd like to see more energy put into communication between us and the Rom delegates. We will need to give our people some good ammo to try and convert them, if we get the chance. You know, simple easy to understand bites that don't make us sound like conspiracy crazies.

Ego- I don't think it's about ego. We are creatures of communication and influence. we spend our whole lives trying to show people what we've learned and what we believe. The only issue is that some are more forceful and closed minded about it than others.
