But if he disagrees with the pork in the first place, why even add it to the bill? Isn't that hypocrisy?

$398 million is a lot of pork that he himself tacked on. What, we don't hold him culpable just because he voted against it?

I don't buy it. By your logic, Joseph Goebbels is innocent because he never personally killed anybody.
