i think there are at least 1 or 2 posters here who know they are participating in character assassinations, spreading rumors/suggestions against lawsuit.

seems to be a full time job, yet, of all the energy put into it, i haven't seen AN OUNCE of evidence to suggest the criticism is warranted.
