no he's not a parapeligic -It's just a regular motorized wheelchair and it cost more than a BMW. Us taxpayers are getting fleeced while these corporatist crooks rake in cash. My guess is it cost maybe 1000 to build?

Get the corporatist out of healthcare -it can't be centrally planned or managed and besides in a free country the individual should make these decisions
