Question: If a New Hamshironian is charged with a Federal Crime in New Hamshire, and teh case goes before a Federal Judge in New Hampshire, can the jury there nullify a Federal Law? You know where I'm going with this...ACA tax nullification. Also, can the jury set precedent? As in, if one jury makes a decision, do the rest follow it, or is it case by case?
