Roberts did us a favor... read the opinion he re-framed the commerce clause in a way that has never before been deafened in the courts.

He labeled Obama care as a tax (16th amendment = new power not in article 1 section 8)... no one has yet be disenfranchised by this tax since no one has been forced to pay it. Once someone is forced to pay it it can be challenged in the courts and it looks like it will be reversed 6-3 (maybe 5-4)... that is what seems to be implied in the opinions they gave us.

Read them before you form an opinion on this... read them all. This ruling was one of the best rulings for freedom and liberty in a long time.... commerce clause reaffirmed and we will have a major tax ruling in the next few years...
