Husband and wife share property all the time. They occupy the same ownership over that same items.
If you own your property and all the space therein, the moment I enter your driveway do you own me or my car? Does not our ownership overlap and occupy the same space?
Now if I was to leave my car at your house for 5 minutes would you gain ownership? What if I left it there for 5 decades? At what ARBITRARY time do you gain ownership?
