To Mass. RP delegates:
I have asked more than once: Why have you not joined the national legal case? Evidently, I understand you're posing a state legal case, which is great. But, why not join in the national one as well? Why would that be so detrimental? I can't think of one reason that it would be. Furthermore, there was a point made about people hiring attorneys at the local level. When they are expensive as they are this simply makes no sense. So, what's the real reason?
