This is the first time I heard him speak. And he seems likable and is a good speaker, but he's just another statist.

But his approach will probably make him very effective with the misled "Christian" social conservative types. He sounds like "one of them", even though he espouses a Satanic philosophy of, "I [emphasis on I] will redeem you, so give me all power and authority".
Too many "Christians" share his view that it's government's job to save or rehabilitate us, which is nothing more than the welfare state, and a doctrine spawned in hell.
