Dear Congressman Engel:

I strongly urge you to kindly vote AGAINST H.R. 5973 (Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2013) if it includes the addition of Section 733 - the "Farmer Assurance Provision." Otherwise known as The Monsanto Protection Act!

Not just me, but millions of Americans are fed up with the power of corporations to influence legislation at our expense - in this case, given the myriad studies, at the expense of our HEALTH. Furthermore, this violates the principle of "checks and balances."
