Unless they have evidence of him actively doing anything at Bain then this is a non story. He may have held a title and been paid for the position but unless he went into the office and did actual work for the company, he didn't lie. This reminds me of the whole Ron Paul newsletter deal, yeah Ron Pauls name was on the newsletter but he didnt write the articles that appeared in the newsletter. Now if theres evidence uncovered that he was active within the company during that time then he is guilty and should be charged, I have a feeling nothing will come of this though.
