It's not an endorsement, but it is clear that the Judge understands that while Johnson is an imperfect candidate, he is far superior to Obama, Romney, and the other third party candidates running in 2012.
Add to that list Penn Jillette, Jesse Ventura, Alex Jones, all of whom were supportive of Ron Paul, and you begin to see that people are looking for a Plan B if Paul doesn't get the Republican nomination.
I think we can all agree that Johnson is not as good as Paul, but that doesn't mean that he is bad.
