Many, who we thought were our friends were not so obvious... but most told us to "play nice"... and then we lost because we were too buddy, buddy with the opposition.

Also, I know many on our side in my own state they did not even attend because they DID NOT want to play nice.. they wanted to play to win and were not happy to just sit there and clap for the dog and pony shows.

We lost many conventions because we accepted in advance from the TV that it was us and not them that were breaking the rules and causing trouble. They broke the rules repeatedly, even when we played nice.
