Anything can be hacked. Paper ballots aren't really better or worse - if someone is intent on cheating, they will find a way.

The NRLC estimated they had about 140 delegates at the convention. That number was confirmed during the procedural votes that took place when a manual count was taken. The numbers in the delegate voting also matched up.

There just wasn't anything hinky going on that would give anyone reason to question the results. It was pretty obvious from where I was watching.
