Is there anything in the RNC rules that states that the pluralities must come from states where they are bound to the candidate being nominated? I do not see a thing. The RNC already stated that it does not recognize the binding of the delegates in each state, but only the state chapters do. By that, one could conclude that any state with a plurality of Paul supporters can nominate him.
