1. He's going to cause Romney to lose if it's even close. Therefore, he's a factor. Ron Paul is retiring, you can't get too much less of a factor than that.
2. Actually, he really is. He's just not a purist intellectual anarchist like you would want him to be, but those guys never run for office. Ron Paul is no intellectual anarchist. He makes Rothbard spin in his grave.
3. No, it doesn't require a vote for Johnson to keep the movement alive, but to move it forward? I see no other option available. Ron Paul won't be on the ballot, so you can do nothing, vote for Obama or vote for Romney. Or vote for Johnson.
Doing nothing doesn't move the ball. And I include WIRP on that.
