Personally ... I hope you are right and I am wrong on this one.
I hope they are completely in tune as to what is going on with regards to this case and they have backed the right horse.
And it would be a big victory for the industry if these guys were vindicated, but something tells me that this thing is going go very bad.
In the world we live in, the state is the only arbiter that exists between the consumer and the business owner and I know that some, if not most, of our civil servants consider that duty very important and given that, I would bet that this prosecution is not malicious.
I hope I lose that bet.
