Comment: this reminds me of a story

About the "Dimensional ants"

suppose there are a group of ants, and they live in the first dimension. Therefore, they may only move back and forward, imagine them walking in an uniform line. But then, a rock comes in their way, thus rendering them unable to move past it.

Then comes the 2D ants,who walked past by the rock(adding left and right to their direction). Now, the 1D Ants would protest, "you can't do that!" But were there any such rule to begin with?

Now for the 2D ants to walk, eventually, they meet a wall. Now they cannot over come that.

This is where the 3D ants come, adding depth to their direction. Many 2D Ants, of course, protested. They wouldn't be convinced, but some of course, followed, and climbed past the wall to see the morning sun.

How is this relevant?

It's hard to make someone who had lived their whole life in the second dimension(Media brainwash and accepting the idea of government being omnipotent) by simply talking to them

what may motivate them though, is if you show them, what liberty is. And you can bring them to the third dimension that way
