Santorum has six States and Dr. Paul has three. This means they say that Santorum will be on the ballot and have a speaking slot while Dr. Paul will not.
This does not agree with other information I have read/heard /seen. e.g. They are not including Nevada, Louisiana or Colorado so I am not sure where they are pulling their numbers from. Dr. Paul himself has said he has 300 delegates while Wikipedia is listing him with only 72.
My belief is that RP has the plurality in sufficient States to be nominated.
"Jesus answered them: 'Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.'" (John 8:34-36)
