The Constitution does NOT "give us the right to be armed," or any other rights for that matter. Our Creator gave us those rights, to wit:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...."
And the Bill of Rights is there to protect the other rights that authoritarians like to tread on so deeply.
Freedom is my Worship Word!
