For some stupid reason CSPAN adds 10 seconds on to the beginning of any custom clip. This new clip adjusts for that.

... a mod still has not fixed it.

Oh well, current clip has over 12,000 views! Most of that must have originated at Daily Paul, as I only posted the clip on Daily Paul.

Pretty cool, huh?

(Makes me wonder about Youtube tinkering with view counts - much better videos get much fewer views in a day on Youtube).
