...and reduce the "fear factor" have recently been offered as a means by which to reduce the number of suicides following tours of duty. The number of deaths among returning veterans from suicide has been reported as higher than that of combat deaths.

Most of what we find online about mind control and MUKTRA are dated; however, there is a apparently a huge amount of money being poured into this new area of mind research aimed at *selectively* erasing some memories. Perhaps the shooter was given some new level drugs from this category to reduce fear...and also to erase memory of the event (whether he did it or not...did it alone or with others.)
And, BTW...the connection with the father being scheduled to testify is a breathtaking *co-incidence*... More to it, I feel.
