I forgot to add above: Do not rely on the Constitution because

you as a private person are not party to it:

Did you sign that document? I sure as hell didn't, so what makes any of us living believe it has anything to do with us?

I was using the Law of Land reference to the Constitution, and I should have added a footnote above, so a comment will have to do.

A piece of paper signed by a bunch of well educated wig-wearing Brits over 200 years ago, does not give you your rights. That document was an agreement with King of England witnessed by those men at that time, and was never meant to 'protect' any of us today.
