They already know it.

But they hope none of the rest of us figure it out. It isn't the leaders who keep us enslaved -- it's our own belief in their rightful authority.

Like Henry Ford said about money, "It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning." If people understood how little they need to be "protected" from thieves and murderers BY a gang of "authorized" and institutionalized thieves and murderers, the whole government racket would be over.

This video is a tiny fraction of the argument that Larken presents in his book, The Most Dangerous Superstition. It isn't the "leaders" who need to read it -- it's all the folks who think they NEED leaders.
