Comment: Kids are born straight and

Kids are born straight and gay, so the theory holds no water in reality. Apparently you don't know any gay people well enough to know this. I've seen kids who display homosexual tendencies. They didn't choose anything. They are who they are. Why this fact of life should be of such concern to some is baffling. From what I've seen, it's pure ignorance and fear. I don't claim to know or understand the biological underpinnings, but clearly since biology would logically favor species who are able to reproduce versus those who cannot biologically reproduce, the genetically inefficient should simply disappear, right? So why does homosexuality occur in humans and animals and it has not been evolutionarily "bred out" over the millennia?
