I don't believe he was drugged in that clip from the court room. I think he lacked sleep. If you have ever visited anyone in prison you know that they don't sleep for the first few weeks out of fear in their new surroundings. I think he was suffering from exhaustion in that video shown in the courtroom, not that he was drugged.
