I was trying to remember what device thing I read about and then I read your post. I just responded to 1988vote before I read yours.

Man your making allot of good points. lol I was wrong. Someone else "put me in place" yesterday on something similar. I wasnt thinking about these things you say when I made my comment. When I said on your own property I was really talking about the smoke part of it floating into someone elses face because that infringes on their rights. At the same time your point about property rights would invalidate my logic if the property owner allows it.
